The Face of Alzheimer’s

When I began to care for my mother I didn’t give a second thought to anything other than the word “care.” I had no idea what the face of this disease looked like. All the searches that I made on the internet gave me mounds of information, but no face. There was nothing that could show me what this disease looked like to a family member. I wanted to share these videos because all the words that I read as I looked for answers could not describe what I was about to embark on. It isn’t my goal to embarrass my mother in any way. The sole purpose is to show a visual of the changes that your loved one may go through as they struggle to respond to a reality known to us, but strange to those whose disease has lifted them from the present in which you and I live.
